Gunnery Practice

The P-61B was slower than the
P-61A, but had the added bene-
fit of a turret armed with 4
.50 cal. machineguns. This added
tremendous defensive firepower
to the aircraft which could cover
all upper arcs.
ORDERS: On this training flight,
learn to trust your gunner, who
generally makes good use of the
turret when you are besieged by
anemy fighters <g>. You will be
attacked by waves of German night-
fighters. Practice evasion and at-
tack maneuvers. Your plane cannot
be damaged and has unlimited ammo.
